About the Project

A functional workspace shaped through identity and atmosphere

Designed for TELS Cargo in Minsk, this project explores the balance between functionality and visual identity within a two-level workspace for over 250 employees.

The design approach extends beyond spatial planning to include full furniture selection and layout, custom branding integration, and detailed visual storytelling across the office. Glass partitions were treated with custom graphics, while walls were developed through branded compositions and large-scale environmental graphics, reinforcing a consistent corporate identity throughout.

Lighting design played a key role, with dedicated solutions developed for circulation areas and corridors, complementing the overall atmosphere beyond the main office spaces. The project also included the creation of custom posters, visual content, and decorative elements, as well as the integration of natural greenery to soften and humanize the environment.

Presented primarily through 3D visualizations and supported by real photography, floor plans, and alternative design studies, the project reflects a comprehensive, detail-driven approach to contemporary office design.
