- Hosting provider — our web host processes server log data (IP addresses, access times) as part of normal infrastructure operation.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot, Mailchimp or any other marketing or CRM platforms that process your data on our behalf.
7. Data Retention
- Enquiries that do not result in a project — up to 12 months from the date of last contact
- Active project correspondence — for the duration of the project and up to 3 years after completion
- Server access logs — typically 30–90 days, depending on our hosting provider’s standard retention
You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 9).
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. The Site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Form submissions are transmitted securely.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any breach that affects your personal information.
